EGL Pastoral operates a dairying division, sheep and beef breeding and finishing operations in New Zealand from Southland to Ashburton in Mid Canterbury as well
as a sheep operation in the Manawatu.

The sheep and beef farms are run by Farm Managers and the dairy units are operated by Contract Milkers.
